🌟 The Role: Sales & Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include managing phone reception, data entry, apparel management, handling customer calls and orders, and directing customers to the appropriate recipient. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and ensure smooth office operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Support sales activity and related tasks, placing watches orders to the system, run the sales department administration, filing and archiving of sales department related documents
• Support in pricelist preparation and handling, in case of changes and additions, making all the necessary steps to adjust the files and communicating it internally and to the retailers’ network via mail and posting

Administration & Customer Care

• Follow up to the customers calls, respond to their e-mails and their requests
• Prepare the trips (bookings of airplane tickets, car renting and hotels) and the necessary forms
• Support in collection and managing the sell out and reserve data of the point of sales and keeping records of their stock levels
• Handling day-to-day activities like sales statistics reports, prepare reports to the headquarters in a weekly (weekly sales report) and support in monthly basis
• Assist the superior with administrative tasks (calendar management, general correspondence, phone answering and meeting minutes, etc.)

Marketing

• Follow up the planning of media advertisements as instructed by the Brand & follow-up of relevant agreements throughout the year
• Preparation and delivery of materials for advertisements (print, digital, outdoors) in collaboration with the Brand Manager
• Follow-up of published materials and press releases
• Monthly PR report regarding the published brand clippings
• Delivery of press kits and giveaways once per year to promote the yearly launches
• Distribution of material and product photo shooting arrangement with media and stylists for magazines, tv series, and movie films

Point of sales

• Brand Manager assistance for the organization of events and roadshows at POS, such as promotional activities, GWP, or consumer events
• Stock check of collateral and shop-in-shop materials once per year for maintenance and recycling of the out-of-date items
• Shop-in-shop agreements preparation and follow-up with POS
• Training the Staff of POS
• Visit POS for visual Merchandising

💼 Professional requirements:

• Experience in sales & Marketing department

• Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
