Smart Brands, a leading distributor of international beauty brands in Greece, is looking for a dynamic and creative    Digital Marketing & E-commerce Specialist to elevate our brands’ presence across the digital landscape, support and grow our online presence across our retail partners.

About the Role

• E-Retail Strategy & Coordination: Manage and optimize the presence of our brands within our partners’ e-shops. Supervise digital merchandising, ensure SEO-optimized product descriptions, and coordinate digital trade marketing initiatives across retail platforms.
• Website Project Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and project lead for external web development agencies regarding the design, development, and seamless launch of the new Smart Brands corporate website.
• Influencer & PR Agency Liaison: Collaborate closely with our PR Agency to strategically plan and execute influencer campaigns. Oversee talent selection to ensure alignment with brand DNA, approve content, and analyze campaign ROI.
• Omnichannel Social Media Leadership: Conceptualize and oversee the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Ensure all communication remains on-trend for B2C audiences (IG/TT/FB) while maintaining a professional corporate presence for B2B stakeholders (LinkedIn).
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs and analyze data from both internal campaigns and partner e-shops to continuously improve conversion rates and brand awareness.
• Copywriting & Content Briefing: Author compelling copy and develop creative briefs for assets related to new product launches in the skincare and makeup categories.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing role specifically within the Beauty / Cosmetics industry (Makeup & Skincare experience is mandatory).
• Demonstrated experience in managing external vendors (Agencies) and overseeing technical projects, such as website development.
• In-depth knowledge of the social media ecosystem, specifically Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, Facebook community management and LinkedIn corporate branding.
• Proficiency in performance marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager) and social media analytics.
• Experience in coordinating high-level influencer marketing activations.
• A profound passion for the makeup, skincare and beauty industry, with a keen eye for 2026 international trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Strong organizational & communication skills
• Fluent in English and comfortable working with international partners.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with digital marketing.
