Showroom Consultant
Who are we looking for?
We are currently seeking a Showroom Consultant who will play a vital role in enhancing our customer experience and showcasing the quality of our products in our showroom at Efkarpia. The ideal candidate will leverage his/her customer centric approach, to assist clients in selecting the best solutions regarding architectural aluminium solutions for their projects. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and understanding the client's needs, then our role is for you! Some key character traits that describe they way you work are attention to detail, initiative and ownership.
What about your daily routine?
As Showroom Consultant, you are responsible for informing our showroom visitors about our architect aluminium solutions, products and services by understanding their needs. You are there to provide them a unique customer experience and your advices make a great impact on the final decision. Your showroom tour begins with a great welcoming and ends with the data entry in CRM. You collaborate with the marketing & sales teams to provide them with leads, i.e. potential customers. Υou are there to ensure the daily smooth operation of our showroom and its samples (e.g. windows, doors, pergolas, fences etc.). Additionally, you handle and qualify end-user leads generated via our B2B2C platform by contacting customers, tracking request progress, and gathering feedback to support the sales journey and ensure a positive end-user experience. Last but not least; when needed, you also coordinate with partners to secure timely follow-up on high-potential leads and maximize conversion.
Requirements
- Studies in Sales, Marketing & Interior Design or anything similar
- Εxperience in sales, marketing or customer service position will be considered an advantage
- Experience in the aluminium/construction industry will be appreciated
- Knowledge of CRM software will be considered an advantage
- Very good knowledge of the English language and MS Office
- Communication skills, focus on detail, organization skills and adaptability
