 What You Will Work On

Reporting to the Marketing Communication Leader Greece you are responsible to: 

• Implementing the national advertising plan in alignment with the commercial calendar to drive traffic to stores
•  Coordinating Above-the-Line (ATL), Below-the-Line (BTL), and In-Store communication activities across TV, radio, print, and digital
• Collaborating with external agencies, media partners, and internal teams to produce and deliver impactful advertising material
• Organizing and evaluating events, sponsorships, and product placements in line with IKEA brand guidelines and marketing KPIs
• Managing media planning and advertising budget to optimize campaign performance and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Monitoring competitor activity and identifying market trends that can inform communication strategies
• Safeguarding the correct application of IKEA brand identity, tone of voice, and communication principles in all marketing outputs

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field — a Master’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus
• At least 3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, ideally within a creative agency or retail environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluency in both Greek and English
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously
• A deep understanding of ATL and BTL marketing, media planning, and event execution
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
• A passion for the IKEA brand and a strong sense of commerciality
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a drive to deliver results that enhance the customer experience
