Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Supervisor (Maternity Cover) to join our Corporate Affairs & Communications team, based in Athens, Greece.

In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency, effective collaboration with agencies and internal teams, and disciplined budget and performance management during the maternity cover period.

Your role will encompass:

• Define annual marketing objectives, translating strategic direction into clear roadmaps, initiatives, KPIs, and targets aligned with corporate priorities.
• Lead the creative strategy and brand application standards for METLEN and its subsidiaries across all communication channels.
• Develop and manage agency briefs, oversee concept development and production, and co-approve final creative deliverables.
• Coordinate and supervise team members by setting priorities, providing guidance, and resolving executional challenges.
• Propose, manage, and control the marketing budget, ensuring cost discipline, variance analysis, and optimization.
• Manage marketing vendors and external partners, collaborating internally on contracts and ensuring compliance and proper execution.
• Oversee exhibitions and conferences, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, booth design, branding, and content.
• Maintain accurate records (contracts, approvals, budgets, assets, reports) and prepare concise performance updates for management.
• Monitor invoicing, payments, and cost estimates, ensuring adherence to Finance and Procurement policies.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of proven experience in a marketing leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a corporate or multi-brand environment.
• Strong experience in brand management, creative development, and agency coordination.
• Solid understanding of budget management, cost control, and performance tracking.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
