Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategically driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead this evolution across all digital touchpoints — from brand awareness to loyalty, retention and lifetime value.

This role goes far beyond campaign execution.
You will orchestrate the full digital funnel, integrating performance marketing, content, automation and data, while working cross-functionally with branding, business development, IT and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the Marketing Director and lead a growing digital marketing and content team.
• Design and execute a holistic digital strategy across multiple business objectives: branding, e-commerce, B2B, B2C and B2E initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage outsourced performance teams (agencies and freelancers) across paid media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok and others).
• Oversee SEO, GEO, SEM and content marketing strategies to support sustainable organic growth and lead nurturing.
• Translate complex performance data into actionable business insights, optimizing ROI, ROAS, POAS and customer lifetime value.
• Align digital campaigns with CRM, loyalty and customer journey strategies to support long-term engagement and retention.
• Manage content, design and production resources to ensure strategic consistency across platforms and campaigns.
• Develop and oversee digital assets for websites, newsletters, presentations and corporate communications.

Required Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in 360° digital marketing, ideally within an agency or high-growth environment.
• Proven experience managing small multidisciplinary teams (creative, social, production or performance).
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, email marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Demonstrated experience with marketing automation, CRM integration and attribution models.
• Certifications in major digital platforms are highly valued.
• Strong collaboration skills with branding, business, IT and product teams.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
