We are looking for a creative and strategically minded Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to become the visual and narrative voice of this evolution across our digital platforms.

This is not a “posting” role.
You will translate real experiences, people, rituals and destinations into meaningful digital stories that inspire, engage and convert, turning everyday wellness moments into powerful brand touchpoints.

You will operate at the intersection of content, community and performance, working closely with marketing, creative and production teams, while staying deeply connected to what truly resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Director.
• Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business and Facebook, aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Create original short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and static assets — from concept and scripting to shooting and editing.
• Transform wellness services, rituals, destinations and real guest journeys into engaging digital narratives.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, agencies and production teams to deliver campaign-driven content.
• Manage daily community interactions, nurturing engagement and guiding audiences toward experiences, memberships and loyalty journeys.
• Monitor trends, emerging formats, and algorithm shifts to continuously optimize performance and relevance.
• Use performance insights to refine content strategy and improve engagement and conversion metrics.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in social media management and content creation, ideally in a digital or creative agency environment.
• Strong hands-on skills in mobile video production and editing for social platforms.
• Advanced use of tools such as CapCut, Canva and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting ability, adapting tone and style per platform.
• Ability to work with content frameworks and performance-driven content logic.
• Portfolio or links to managed social accounts are mandatory.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
