Gerolymatos International S.A. is presently looking for a Junior Brand Manager to support the global marketing operations of one of its established OTC brands. This position holds a dual focus, combining hands-on involvement in Brand & Marketing activities, with end-to-end responsibility for Packaging Artwork development and project coordination across multiple markets. This role will report to the International Marketing Director.
Main responsibilities
Support the day-to-day global marketing operations of the brand
Contribute to the development and execution of global brand strategies and marketing plans
Support the creation and adaptation of marketing assets towards Healthcare Professionals and Consumers
Own and coordinate global packaging artwork development -a core and ongoing responsibility- working closely with creative agencies, regulatory and manufacturing teams, and local partners, managing artwork timelines, approvals, and version control with strong attention to detail.
Generate ideas and contribute to brand growth initiatives, including support of product range evolution
Collaborate with distribution partners on the development and implementation of local marketing plans
Contribute to the development of the brand’s digital presence and digital marketing initiatives
Monitor the competitive landscape, market trends, and category developments internationally
Job Requirements
Bsc / MSc in Marketing or related field (required)
Degree in Life Sciences will be considered an asset
3–5 years of Brand Management experience within OTC, Consumer Healthcare or Pharma
Experience in international or multi-market environments is an advantage
Digital marketing experience; relevant certifications are a plus
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail, particularly in packaging and artwork management
Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative
Creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas and translate them into effective brand initiatives
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (commercial, creative, regulatory, manufacturing, local partners)
Availability for occasional international travel
