Digital Account Supervisor

Tasks:

• Support the development and execution of digital and content strategies for clients across different industries
• Coordinate and implement digital marketing campaigns, from briefing and setup to daily optimization and reporting
• Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and manage evergreen content, digital campaigns and websites
• Monitor campaign performance across SoMe channels, websites and digital touchpoints, preparing reports and insights
• Optimize campaigns based on data and user behavior, proposing improvements and adjustments
• Closely monitor client's competition digital activities
• Manage monitoring - listening platforms and report on results

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media & Communication, or in related fields
• Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing would be considered a plus
• At least 3 years of experience in Social Media Management/ Digital Marketing with hands-on experience in creating, curating, and managing content in social media channels with solid knowledge of community management
• Knowledge of social media and web analytics platforms
• Very good knowledge and practical usage of the MS Office tools
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
