The role of E-Commerce Quality & Content Specialist is to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal of the online store. This includes performing regular content audits, optimizing product presentation, and coordinating with other teams to maintain an up-to-date, aesthetically aligned, and commercially effective e-shop that delivers exceptional user experience.

Job Description

• Performing regular audits of product and category pages to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identifying and correcting errors in titles, descriptions, photos, and tagging
• Monitoring proper visual merchandising and product placement
• Coordinating with marketing for timely updates of banners and assets
• Ensuring that site content remains up-to-date, aesthetically consistent, and commercially correct
• Proposing improvements for content and product presentation to enhance sales
• Creating and enriching product content, including detailed descriptions, attributes, and engaging visuals to improve user experience and conversion

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in E-Commerce or Digital Content Management
• BS or BA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce or similar degree
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce content, including product descriptions, visual assets, and category structures.  Experience in Apparel or Fashion company will be considered a plus
• Hands-on involvement in content audits, error correction, and visual merchandising to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (such as Magento, Shopify, etc.) and basic SEO tools
• Proficient user of MS Office and content management tools
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work well in a team environment and present a professional demeanor
