As part of its ongoing development, Yalco is strengthening its Marketing function with the objective of supporting commercial growth, brand development, and increased sales performance.
THE ROLE
We are seeking a Marketing Manager with a strong commercial mindset and proven experience in developing and executing marketing initiatives that lead to measurable sales growth. The role combines brand building, strategic planning, and effective execution of marketing actions that increase demand, support the commercial teams, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy & Portfolio Management
- End-to-end ownership of brand strategy, positioning, and development for Ionia, Fest, Yalco Horeca and Yalco (corporate branding and communication)
- Development and implementation of a unified brand architecture and brand governance framework
- Ensuring consistent and effective brand, PR, and communication expression across all customer, sales, and media touchpoints
- Supporting and strengthening Yalco’s overall corporate vision
Commercial & Growth-Driven Marketing
- Development of marketing strategies aimed at increasing sales and market share
- Translation of commercial objectives into clear go-to-market plans
- Definition and monitoring of KPIs, with strong focus on revenue impact and ROI
Product Development & Pricing (Marketing Input)
- Participation in product development from a market and customer perspective
- Structured input into pricing strategy and value proposition
Digital Marketing, Content & Platforms
- Leadership of digital and social media strategy
- Management of company and brand websites and digital campaigns
- Use of analytics and performance data for continuous optimization
- Selection and coordination of digital agencies and external partners
E-commerce Enablement
- Support of B2C and B2B e-commerce growth initiatives
Corporate Communication, Media & Exhibitions
- Coordination of corporate communication, media relations, and PR
- Organization and support of participation in exhibitions and industry events
International Alignment – Yalco Affiliated Company
- Contribution to the design of a common marketing strategy
- Gradual alignment of brand positioning and communication
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–8 years of experience in Marketing and/or Brand roles
- Strong digital marketing background
- Demonstrated ability to link marketing initiatives to measurable sales growth
