We are looking for a talented & passionate Junior Website Content Executive for the E-Commerce Department, who will be based in our HOs in Kolonos, Athens.
Role Responsibility:
- Manage website content production to ensure product on time onboarding
- Oversee ongoing tasks & special projects
- Manage large volumes of data, website content and product attributes
- Evaluate datasets for consistency, completeness, and accuracy
- Maintain website content hygiene across all fascia to ensure top-notch quality control
- Manage analytics/content platform and produce reporting as needed
- Overview & check of Stock & online catalogue
- Competitive research, spot industry trends and popular topics
- CRO/UX check - monitor landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use
- Liaise with marketing & commercial team on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities
- Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the rollout of website changes (menu/filters etc.)
- Predict and mitigate risks & constantly improving processes
Requirements
The candidate we are looking for:
- Experience in Website Content would be considered a plus; preferably in retail industry
- Must be fluent in English written and orally;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience using analytic tools such as google analytics
- Time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and achieve deadlines
- Ability to work cross functionally and multitask
- Good communication skills, a proactive approach and a “can do” attitude
