FORUM SA, a leading company in the business of trade shows and publications, is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant to join the Marketing & Communications team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and gain hands-on experience across a variety of digital marketing channels!
The selected candidate will be report to the Digital Marketing Manager and work close inhouse to the Communication/Content Team and Creative Graphic Designers, while also outsource to the Digital Agency and the Development Team.
Responsibilities
- Contributes to all aspects of digital marketing endeavors, from the briefing creation to implementation, reporting and monitoring.
- Manage, maintain and update the company’s digital assets using WordPress content management system (CMS) to ensure accurate and efficient content delivery for over 15 websites.
- Monitor the performance of digital campaigns and engage to the their optimization if necessary.
- SEO Maintenance & Report. Manage and monitor from the SEO perspective the front-end and back -end content of the Company websites.
- Email - viber/sms marketing - Responsible to send to specific target groups, list management and measure performance of e-mail & mobile direct campaigns via the platforms the company uses.
- Online ticket platform - Manage the account and monitor the performance of online ticketing platforms from third party vendors.
- Create online marketing surveys via 3rd party platforms such as TypeForm
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (KPIs), prepare necessary reporting (ad hoc and monthly).
- Inventory all digital costs that come from third parties
- Collaborate with various colleagues from other company departments and manage efficiently ad-hoc marketing matters
Must Have Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a digital / perfomance marketing department or agency.
- Excellent knowledge of Wordpress CMS, E-mail Marketing platforms (such as Mailerlite, Moosend etc)
- Good knowledge on Social Media environments such as Facebook / Instagram / Linked In / YouTube.
- Solid experience on MS Office suite and especially in Excel, Google Analytics / META / Linked In insights and KPI reporting
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication skills)
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and manage different projects
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
Additional Qualifications (nice to have)
- Experience with CRM platforms (SalesForce, Hubspot, SAP etc.)
- Working knowledge of remote collaboration tools (Teams, AnyDesk etc.)
- Knowledge of Photoshop or Canva.
- Basic editing TypeForm surveys
- Basic HTML skills
