Μάρκετινγκ / ΔιαφήμισηWe’re looking for a Social Media Account Manager to join our Digital Marketing team and lead the day-to-day management of selected client accounts. You’ll act as the key point of contact for projects, ensuring strategy, content and delivery stay aligned with brand direction and business goals. You’ll work closely with the Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to bring content plans to life on time and to a high standard.
What you’ll work on
- Manage day-to-day social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring consistent execution and timely delivery.
- Own and maintain the Business Managers/platform back-ends for the above networks (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Business Manager, TikTok Business Center, YouTube Studio).
- Contribute to the creative evolution and growth of each platform, bringing fresh, brand-relevant ideas for content formats, series, and channel development.
- Translate and apply branding guidelines into content, safeguarding tone of voice, visual consistency, and brand positioning across all touchpoints.
- Build, track, and update content calendars per client and platform, aligned with campaign priorities and business goals.
- Brief and coordinate internal teams (design, copy, motion, performance) and external collaborators, ensuring clarity of direction and smooth production flow.
- Review and quality-control all content before publishing, ensuring it is on-brand, platform-native, and strategically aligned.
- Monitor organic performance with the team, compile monthly reports, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Support launches, campaign rollouts, and always-on social activity, keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, and next steps.
- Stay up to date with platform trends, updates, and best practices, feeding learnings back into strategy and content planning.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience in social media account management within an agency or in-house team.
- Working familiarity with AI-assisted creative/design tools for content ideation and rapid visual prototyping (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway or equivalent).
- Familiarity with paid social workflows and how organic and paid connect
- Strong understanding of social platforms, formats and content performance drivers.
- Experience building and maintaining content calendars and briefing creative teams.
- Confidence with reporting and performance interpretation (reach, engagement, growth, CTR, video metrics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English.
- Organised, proactive, detail-driven, with a collaborative mindset.
- Comfort working in a branding-first environment where design and consistency matter.
Nice to have
- Experience with influencer management or production shoots.
- Understanding of GA4 / UTM tracking for social.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads / paid campaign workflows, and how paid and organic social work together to support full-funnel objectives.
