We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to join our marketing team. You’ll support the marketing team in delivering campaigns, managing content, and enhancing our online presence to attract and delight guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, PPC, etc.).
• Help manage and update the company website and blog using a CMS.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics from website analytics, social media insights, and other marketing tools.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing teams to create and develop high-impact marketing materials, including banners, videos, and promotional content for use in digital campaigns across various platforms.
• Research digital trends, competitors, and new marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate with external vendors as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing department.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or relevant experience).
• 1 year of experience in a digital marketing role.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude.
