Fais Group of Companies operates in the retail/wholesale sector of sportswear, apparel, footwear & accessories for more than 45 years, dominating the Greek market and expanding its activities internationally.

The Group covers all distribution channels, focusing on strong cooperations with key wholesalers and long-term relationships, bringing powerful & innovative brands to the consumers. In retail, the Group operates flagship, stand-alone and multi-brand stores, corners within all major department stores, outlets and e-shops in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania and most recently in Czech Republic and Slovakia, representing top brands like Kalogirou, Haralas, Puma, Under Armour, KIKO Milano and Levi’s.

We are looking for a Marketing Brand Manager, PUMA Greece & Cyprus to join our growing team. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager, Sports

  • Reports to : Marketing Manager, Sports  
  • Division : Sports Brands Division
  • Availability to commence : ASAP

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate, together with Senior Management, and implement the PUMA Annual Strategic Marketing Plan.
  • Create and implement the Yearly Marketing Calendar for Wholesale.
  • Implement and monitor all ATL pillars of the Marketing plan; liaise with all external parties as needed.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Department in order to execute all product-related communication needs (in-store & in-market), as per the overall Commercial calendar/footprint of the season.
  • Work closely with all key Wholesale accounts, from a marketing standpoint.
  • Handle all Social Media channels, perform content management, liaise with the Digital Department for all necessary digital campaigns as needed.
  • Handle all necessary Creative adjustments & executions; liaise with the Creative Department as needed.
  • Assist the Sports Marketing team with sports events, branding sponsorships, athlete management (for content generation), as needed.
  • Liaise with PUMA GLOBAL and ensure that all Marketing assets & product stories are delivered timely and as needed; troubleshoot when required.
  • Report Monthly Budget figures, monitor payments.
  • Ensure that the Brand Image & Equity are properly displayed & represented throughout all internal & external communication functions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • BA/BS required. MBA strongly preferred.
  • 4 years of work experience in an advanced Marketing function.
  • Consumer products experience preferred. 
  • Social Media savvy (all channels) with experience in content management. Expertise in Powerpoint, Canva, Excel, CHAT GPT, web & mobile apps, Google Analytics. 
  • Previous experience in BTL & event handling preferred.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to influence others.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and articulate ideas, results of financial analysis, and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent knowledge and use of English.
  • Solid understanding of Marketing rules and regulations.
  • Eager to grow and achieve more.
