As a Junior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development, execution, and performance tracking of brand strategies managing multiple Henkel Consumer brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling  brand initiatives that drive growth, strengthen market share and connect with consumers in the mass-market channel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Strategy & Execution

• Support the development and implementation of annual brand plans aligned with global strategies.
• Assist in product portfolio management.
• Monitor category trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to identify growth opportunities.

Marketing Activation

• Support the execution of 360° marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with creative agencies and collaborate with trade marketing teams and other internal stakeholders.

Financial & Business Tracking

• Conduct analysis of market data to assess brand performance.
• Monitor and report on brand P&L performance, sales results, and marketing spend.
• Prepare regular performance reviews and presentations for senior management.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate and coordinate with supply chain, sales, trade marketing and global brand teams.

 YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or shopper marketing (in FMCG sector)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Creativity and passion for brands and consumer engagement.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with market data tools (Nielsen, Kantar).
• Fluent in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus.
