Job Description

Are you ready for a sneak-peek in the day of a Marketing & Communications Specialist in Netcompany?

As a Marketing & Communications Specialist you will:

• Implement internal initiatives focusing on employee events and celebrations, themed campaigns, CSR activities, and seasonal initiatives delivering memorable experiences to each audience.
• Develop the internal campaigns, communication material and content to support the above initiatives, fully aligned with the company's communication strategy, key messages and visual identity system.
• Monitor each activity, evaluate once completed and prepare relevant reports.
• Manage and guide one PR professional, providing direction and oversight in the planning and execution of internal and CSR-related activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and colleagues across departments and to monitor the process of ESG data collection for the company's annual report.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in communications, events coordination or corporate PR.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing communications.
• Ability to work in a high-performing team environment, with a commitment to building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Critical thinking and a quick understanding of the business environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
• Team oriented attitude with a proactive and positive approach.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Previous experience in a PR agency will be considered an advantage.
