- Analyzes industry and consumer trends, own and competitors performance to identify growth potential and provide recommendations to customers how to best grow the category sales
- Support delivery of MU NR, GP %, NOPBT %
- Collaborates with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Insights and Sales to ensure that Category Growth plans reflect commercial and brand strategies
- Contributes to T2T with key customers distributors and wholesalers and plays an active role in presenting and deploying plans with customer
- Supports the shopper insights agenda to ensure company has state of the art knowledge & insights to derive the right strategies for self and customers
- Bachelor/MSC in Management, Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience in Commercial roles
- Strong commercial business acumen and P&L literacy
- Strong understanding of consumer and brands to enable holistic perspective
- Clearly communicates ideas, plans and priorities to others
- Result driven, able to prioritize
- High sense of Accountability
- Able to collaborate cross functionally
- Excellent English and Ms Office skills
