Main Tasks:

• Drives the development and execution of the brand portfolio strategy to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
• Drives strategic decision-making through in-depth market analysis, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarking
• Profit&Loss Management and budget control
• Leads cross-functional collaboration with Group Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver strategic and financial objectives.
• Identifies and drives business development initiatives, ensuring brand relevance and competitive advantage in the market.
• Support the Trade Marketing team as required in the implementation of the in-store activation plans or optimizing product assortment and promotional strategy
• Support the Sales team in creating customer presentations and meeting customer requirements
• Plans and executes marketing activities to achieve brands’ goals within available budget
• Regular communication with Group Marketing on respective brands
• Aligns with creative and media agencies to develop and implement media plans
• Leads the new product development (NPD) workflow in accordance with PVM process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in FMCG
• Strong financial acumen with deep P&L understanding and budget management experience
• Experience with developing and executing advertising activities, digital campaigns & NPD projects
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data-driven decision-making tools (eg Nielsen)
• Excellent presentation & analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
