Role description:

• Project Management: Coordinate projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Team Coordination: Ensure effective collaboration between creative and strategic teams for the timely delivery of work.
• Client Communication & Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during project development and execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record of at least 5 years in a similar position within an advertising agency.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana).
• Languages: Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
