We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of brand strategies and campaigns, assist in day-to-day brand management activities, and contribute to the growth of Pharmex’s diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategies.
• Support the management of product launches, promotional activities, and brand campaigns.
• Issue and maintain weekly performance reports.
• Design and execute marketing materials (e.g., brochures, price lists, posters, stands, promotional items).
• Collaborate with advertising agencies for creative ideas and campaign design.
• Contribute to the development of new products.
• Communicate with suppliers, collect and compare offers for promotional materials.
• Plan, implement, and participate in corporate and product-related events.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, medical, regulatory, R&D) to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the Marketing Manager

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or brand support, ideally within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or FMCG.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
