About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Brand Manager to drive strategic brand initiatives and marketing excellence for our pharmaceutical brands. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong analytical skills, and deep industry knowledge to enhance brand visibility and growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning, and life cycle management.
- Design and execute effective marketing strategy, communication strategy and campaigns
- Develop promotional materials and digital communication (omnichannel)
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Monitor health policy and legislative changes, anticipating risks and opportunities
- Translate complex data into strategic insights for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with sales, medical, and corporate affairs teams to align brand objectives.
- Organize CMEs, KOL engagement programs, awareness campaigns and product launches.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and share best practices across diverse teams
- Track brand performance and ROI;
- Manage brand budgets effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical-healthcare marketing or brand management (including consumer products)
- Strong understanding of the healthcare environment, compliance regulations and product lifecycle management
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies to Health Professionals and disease awareness to the community
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Experience working in a cross-functional and collaborative environment
- Tech savvy
- Excellent communication in Greek and English (verbal and writing)
- Advanced quantitative skills, including experience with budget impact models, cost-effectiveness analysis
- Strong analytical and data synthesis skills, with expertise in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, Python)
- Ability to understand and clearly communicate scientific topics
- Ability to combine strategic vision with tactical hands-on execution and a high work capacity
- Ability to analyze information and assess risk potential
