Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience in social media and marketing (hospitality/F&B/luxury market preferred).

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, and analytics.

Excellent English communication skills (Arabic/Greek a plus).

Responsibilities:

Provide daily administrative and personal support to the CEO/Founder.

Manage calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and business activities.

Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.

Prepare reports, presentations, and basic documentation.

Support in both personal and business-related tasks as needed.

Liaise with partners, clients, and staff on behalf of the CEO.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
