Job Description: Social Media & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

  • Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) including content creation, posting, and community engagement.

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns, collaborations, and influencer partnerships.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Coordinate with design, videography, and production teams for high-quality content.

  • Stay updated on marketing trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the market.

  • Support company events, promotions, and PR activities.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Proven experience in social media and marketing (hospitality/F&B/luxury market preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, and analytics.

  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic/Greek a plus).

  • Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.


Job Description: Personal Assistant (PA)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative and personal support to the CEO/Founder.

  • Manage calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and business activities.

  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and basic documentation.

  • Support in both personal and business-related tasks as needed.

  • Liaise with partners, clients, and staff on behalf of the CEO.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.

  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.

  • Trustworthy, professional, and highly reliable.

  • Valid driving license is a plus.
