Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in technical sales, technical support, or construction projects.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately on technical matters, both with industry professionals and clients without a technical background.
  • Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a willingness to continuously learn.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients and partners, aiming to identify the most suitable solutions for each project.
  • Prepare technical proposals, studies, and specifications tailored to the needs of each application or project.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings with technical offices to perform on-site assessments and offer technical guidance.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues arising during product implementation or design phases.
  • Support commercial initiatives and projects by delivering the necessary technical information and documentation.
  • Participate in the development of technical specifications, contributing to the inclusion of products in studies and tenders.
  • Organize and deliver presentations and technical seminars to inform professionals about the company’s solutions.
  • Develop customized solutions for demanding or non-standard technical applications.
  • Analyze and evaluate technical drawings, documents, and preliminary designs to provide targeted recommendations.
  • Monitor technical regulations, standards, and industry developments to ensure full compliance and up-to-date solutions.
