Marketing Executive

7 Management is a leading hospitality and entertainment group with a growing international presence across the UAE, Greece, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. About the role

The Marketing Executive based in Greece will lead and execute the digital strategy for all 7 Management venues and brands operating in Greece. Based in Athens, this role oversees digital marketing campaigns, social media management, content creation, and online brand visibility across the country, aligning with the group’s global standards while adapting to the local market.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for all 7 Management venues in Greece (e.g., Bagatelle Athens, Lucia’s Athens, and future openings).
  • Align Greek market initiatives with regional and HQ-level strategies to ensure brand consistency.

Content & Social Media

  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts, ensuring content quality, brand alignment, and audience engagement.
  • Plan, create, and schedule digital content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams (photographers, videographers, designers) to produce compelling visuals and storytelling.

Campaign Management

  • Launch and manage targeted advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer collaborations) with a focus on ROI and lead generation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance, applying insights to optimize campaigns.

Brand Partnerships & PR

  • Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to enhance brand exposure.
  • Support venue-specific events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns with strong digital visibility.

Market Awareness

  • Stay informed about global and local marketing trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Contribute to the successful launch of new brands and venues in the Greek market.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and social media, ideally within hospitality, nightlife, or luxury lifestyle industries
  • Strong understanding of the Greek digital and cultural landscape
  • Proven track record in campaign execution, analytics, social media growth, and engagement
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms
  • Strong project management and content planning skills
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent aesthetic judgment and ability to ensure brand consistency across channels
  • Proactive, creative, and results-driven with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
