We are looking for a digitally-savvy and creative Digital Marketing Executive to elevate the online presence of Conrad Athens The Ilisian. This role combines strategic digital marketing with hands-on content creation for social media platforms, supporting the hotel's overall brand visibility and guest engagement. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling stories across digital touchpoints, managing social channels, and executing performance-driven campaigns.
Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, traffic, and engagement.
- Support paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and manage day-to-day performance metrics.
- Coordinate SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website content updates in line with brand standards.
- Liaise with Conrad digital teams for property-level campaigns and initiatives.
2. Social Media Content Creation & Management
- Own the creation of social media content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan, shoot, and edit visual content (photos, videos, Reels, Stories) that reflect the hotel’s luxury aesthetic.
- Write engaging, brand-aligned captions and post copy.
- Build and manage a content calendar that supports seasonal campaigns, F&B promotions, and brand storytelling.
3. Community & Channel Management
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to messages, comments, and guest interactions with a consistent brand voice.
- Proactively engage with guests, influencers, and the wider luxury travel community.
- Track engagement KPIs and optimize content based on performance data.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare regular digital marketing reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hilton digital dashboards to assess performance.
- Recommend and implement optimizations based on data.
5. Influencer & Partner Collaboration
- Identify, approach, and manage digital influencer partnerships and UGC campaigns.
- Collaborate with external creatives, PR teams, and local partners to amplify the brand online.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle luxury sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, analytics, metrics, SEO, and trends.
- Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Lightroom).
- A creative eye for photography, videography, and luxury storytelling.
- Strong creative and writing skills, with the ability to produce visually compelling content.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Passionate about digital marketing and trends within the hospitality industry.
