SARMED, a leading company in Logistics (3PL) is seeking a passionate and experienced Commercial Specialist to join its Commercial Division. The role will handle a wide range of tasks focus on customer relationship management, sales support and commercial strategy implementation.

The position reports to the Commercial Director and is based at our headquarters at Aspropyrgos, West Attica.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contribute to implementation of commercial plan
• Develop and establish mutually beneficial relationships with existing or new clientele
• Coordinate the participation of tendering procedures
• Monitor the review and renewal contract process, SLAs and participate in negotiations
• Moderate sales and pre sales procedures and prepare presentation material
• Support clients’ needs and foster trust and loyalty
• Identify business development opportunities through data analysis , compile sales reports
• Assist with any divisional tasks, which may arise on an ad hoc basis

Professional Attributes:

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any relevant field. A postgraduate degree will be considered as an asset
• Previous experience of at least 5 years in business development and key account management
• Professional user of MS Office and familiarity with CRM / ERP systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Greek and English
• Advanced reporting (eg P&L) and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of Supply Chain Operations process (Warehousing, Transportation)
