We are looking for a passionate Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Patra, starting September 2025. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives and ensuring brand consistency across materials. Also, he/she will be responsible for updating and managing key marketing materials, including planograms, photographic assets and files.

The key responsibilities will include:

• Updating planograms for the correct presentation of products
• Managing and updating photos for e-commerce platforms
• Creating and updating One-Pager Files for Brand Managers
• Adapting product and competitor brand packshots to create a high-quality library
• Recreating existing planograms based on in-store presentation needs
• Modifying client brochures based on existing templates, incorporating the latest marketing elements
• Continuous collaboration with marketing, sales and brand management teams
• Preparing monthly reports based on service performance data and proof of execution

Job Requirements:

• BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Familiarity with managing marketing materials, such as planograms, product photography, and marketing files
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint
• Proficiency in image editing tools and software
• Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
