Following a wide development course and constant progress, Sarafidis Group of Companies is actively looking for a Marketing Assistant Manager to join the Marketing team.

Key Accountabilities

• 360° Brand approach to drive brand purposes and deliver the Brand Business Plan
• Design, organization, and implementation of Brand strategy / Follow Brand-specific guidelines
• Develop and lead the execution of the annual Brand Marketing Plan
• Develop and execute the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives, and manage the Trade Marketing budget
• Improve brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
• Assist in identifying and securing distribution opportunities and merchandising support across accounts and channels
• Lead the development and implementation of in-store merchandising across key accounts/channels
• Take charge of the merchandising team: Ensure in-store execution is deployed as planned
• Collaboration with agencies and Brand Suppliers.
• Brand budget control and reporting
• Track and analyze competition and market trends and transform them into meaningful consumer insights
• Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Economics or equivalent
• Postgraduate degree in Marketing will be considered an asset
• At least 3–4 years of experience in Brand / Trade Marketing / Sales positions.
• Excellent command of English and Greek (both written and oral)
• Strong PC literacy (MS Office)
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional team player
• Up to date with new technologies and current trends
• Great project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
