Marketing Executive 

At ERMA FIRST GROUP, marketing is all about visualizing and shaping the future of the shipping industry through understanding customers and building awareness of how our products and services can satisfy their needs. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Executive who is able to design and flawlessly manage Trade Marketing Plans as well as develop and execute marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be equally proficient in day-to-day marketing activities, working under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs. 

 

Responsibilities 

• Manage the end-to-end planning, designing and executing the Group’s Trade Marketing activities, including Events, Exhibitions and Conferences. 

• Lead the coordination and execution of the Group’s CSR Marketing activities, raising awareness, driving external collaborations and building internal engagement. 

• Identify customer insights and market trends, and develop purposeful campaigns (Social Media), increasing customer conversions and generating qualified leads. 

• Collaborate effectively with partnering Agencies and internal key stakeholders, maintaining analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market Tactical Marketing strategies. 

• Own and manage the brand assets and collaterals (development, improvement, etc.), based on evolving demands. 

• Manage the Marketing Communication plan for external and internal touchpoints (Print & Digital). 

• Design and lead the Group’s Social Media channels. 

 

Required Qualifications & Skills 

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, BA, or related field. 

• 1-3 years of experience in similar Marketing role. 

• Proven experience of leading Trade fairs and exhibitions. 

• Track record in developing Marketing plans and campaigns. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English. 

• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word). 

• Excellent use of Adobe tools (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and others (i.e. Canva). 

• Ability to work under pressure with flexibility in tight deadlines. 

 

Preferred Qualifications & Skills 

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, BA, or related field. 

• Experience in the maritime industry. 

• Experience working with media and/or agencies.
