Reports to: Product & Communication Marketing Director
As the Brand Manager of padu app, you will be an integral part of the Marketing team and you will work cross-functionally to ensure a consistent and inspiring B2C & B2B product presence across all touch points that (1) builds brand awareness, (2) provides meaningful experiences, (3) enhances new member activation, (4) boosts member engagement, (5) fosters retention, and (6) drives overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Contribute dynamically in the development of the brand identity, voice, and value proposition in alignment with company goals and target audiences (B2C users & B2B business partners).
- Communication: Supervise the creative direction and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL, digital, social, email, in-app) that elevate brand awareness and increase user and business partner engagement.
- Content & Messaging: Ensure brand consistency across all messaging and communications touch points , including UX copy, push notifications, paid media, PR, partner promotions etc
- Members Engagement & Loyalty: Monitor community engagement and execute campaigns to boost engagement, activation and loyalty. Assist in the planning and implementation of member lifecycle journeys and behavioral segmentation.
- In-App Customer Experience: Support initiatives that enhance the in-app user journey, UX/UI, product features and overall satisfaction.
- User Insights & Research: Conduct or oversee brand research, competitor analysis, and user feedback loops to inform positioning and messaging.
- Brand Partnerships: Support the development of strategic brand collaborations and reward partner co-marketing efforts.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key brand health metrics (e.g., awareness, engagement), report regularly on performance and impact and propose corrective actions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Design, B2B Sales) and external partners (Advertising & Performance Marketing Agencies) to embed brand into the product experience and improve acquisition funnel.
- Manage day-to-day operations for assigned projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3 years of proven experience in brand building, multi-channel campaigns, digital marketing and CRM
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer journeys, and brand storytelling
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends
- Experience with creative tools, campaign planning platforms and analytics dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
- Interest in technology, mobile applications and engaging digital communities
- High creativity with the ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail
- Data-driven thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication (English & Greek), good time, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Collaborative spirit and a proactive mindset
- Experience with creating and/or editing HTML email templates would be nice to have
- Previous experience in rewards, or loyalty app sectors will be considered a plus
