We are seeking a skilled and motivated CRM Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Plan, build, and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns that support key business goals, including customer acquisition, retention, reactivation, and loyalty.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy — from onboarding and engagement to retention and win-back.
- Segment customer data to deliver personalized and behaviorally relevant communications.
- Use A/B testing, experimentation, and analytics to continuously optimize campaign performance and channel effectiveness.
- Collaborate with content, design, data, and product teams to create seamless and impactful customer journeys.
- Monitor key CRM KPIs (e.g., open rates, CTR, conversions, LTV) and deliver actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure CRM campaigns are compliant with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy regulations.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as email marketing specialist or CRM marketing specialist
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (eg. HubSpot) - Experience in email/push notifications/SMS campaign creation, scheduling, and automation workflows
- Knowledge of client list segmentation and database management
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template design and troubleshooting
- Experience with email analytics and reporting tools (open rates, CTR, bounce rates)
- Ability to design and manage email automation workflows, conduct competitor analysis, and develop strategic campaign plans.
