Brand Manager


Main Tasks:

  • Develops and executes brands’ strategy to drive sustainable & profitable growth
  • Conducts regular market data analysis to identify opportunities & issues related to brands’ performance
  • Profit&Loss Management and budget control
  • Work across functions including Group Marketing, sales, trade marketing, supply chain to develop and execute successful commercial plans in order to deliver financial and share plans and targets
  • Generate and propose business development initiatives for the brands based on consumer, shopper and market understanding
  • Support the Trade Marketing team as required in the implementation of the in-store activation plans or optimizing product assortment and promotional strategy
  • Support the Sales team in creating customer presentations and meeting customer requirements
  • Plans and executes marketing activities to achieve brands’ goals within available budget
  • Regular communication with Group Marketing on respective brands
  • Aligns with creative and media agencies to develop and implement media plans
  • Leads the new product development (NPD) workflow in accordance with PVM process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in FMCG
  • Strong P&L understanding
  • Experience with developing and executing advertising activities, digital campaigns & NPD projects
  • Fluency in English
  • MS office (Excel, Powerpoint) proficiency
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
