Πλήρης απασχόλησηMain Tasks:
- Develops and executes brands’ strategy to drive sustainable & profitable growth
- Conducts regular market data analysis to identify opportunities & issues related to brands’ performance
- Profit&Loss Management and budget control
- Work across functions including Group Marketing, sales, trade marketing, supply chain to develop and execute successful commercial plans in order to deliver financial and share plans and targets
- Generate and propose business development initiatives for the brands based on consumer, shopper and market understanding
- Support the Trade Marketing team as required in the implementation of the in-store activation plans or optimizing product assortment and promotional strategy
- Support the Sales team in creating customer presentations and meeting customer requirements
- Plans and executes marketing activities to achieve brands’ goals within available budget
- Regular communication with Group Marketing on respective brands
- Aligns with creative and media agencies to develop and implement media plans
- Leads the new product development (NPD) workflow in accordance with PVM process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in FMCG
- Strong P&L understanding
- Experience with developing and executing advertising activities, digital campaigns & NPD projects
- Fluency in English
- MS office (Excel, Powerpoint) proficiency
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
