As a key distributor of premium outdoor power tools for forestry and garden, we are committed to innovation, quality, and exceptional customer support. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Department and contribute to the growth of our dealer network.

KEY RESPONSISIBLITIES

• Provide support to Key Accounts and dealer partners.
• Assist with the coordination of dealer advertising activities, including press releases, technical notices, product recalls and company communications.
• Monitor public sector tenders and help prepare required documentation.
• Organize and support marketing events and meetings (setup, logistics, facilitation, follow-up).
• Maintain accurate records and meeting minutes for monthly Sales & Marketing meetings.
• Manage the company's advertising and promotional materials.
• Develop and update internal sales documents and templates.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual product catalogue.
• Compile and report on monthly sales and marketing performance statistics.
• Maintain contract records for dealers and third-party collaborators.
• Support customer service by handling requests from end-users and dispatching marketing materials (catalogues, leaflets, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role and/or a Master’s degree. Entry-level candidates with relevant academic background or strong motivation will also be considered.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and positive mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Curious and adaptable with an interest in marketing trends and digital channels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Digital Marketing.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• German language proficiency.

Other Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel within Greece and occasionally abroad to attend meetings, training sessions, or marketing events.
