Key Responsibilities:
- ERP and Reporting: Leverage ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems for data collection and analysis. Generate reports to track performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- CMS Support: Assist in managing the Content Management System (CMS), ensuring product information and content are accurately represented and up-to-date.
- Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the digital marketing team to align e-commerce strategies with broader marketing objectives, contributing to campaign design and execution
- UX/UI Feedback: Provide input on website design and functionality, aiming to improve the user experience (UX) and interface (UI) based on analytics insights.
- Market Research: Stay informed on the latest e-commerce trends and performance marketing techniques to suggest innovative approaches for growth
- Support E-Commerce Manager: Assist the E-Commerce Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of the e-shop and the achievement of sales targets
- Google Analytics: Use Google Analytics to monitor and analyze e-shop performance. Extract and interpret data to understand customer behavior, traffic patterns, and conversion rates
- Performance Marketing: Support the planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, and email marketing, with a focus on optimizing ROAS. In collaboration with the Digital Marketing Executive to monitor & analyse Ads (Google & Meta) data, and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, with a keen interest in e-commerce.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and experience in analyzing digital performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads and able to analyse their performance.
- Understanding of performance marketing strategies and metrics, particularly ROAS.
- Basic knowledge of ERP and CMS systems, with an ability to quickly learn new software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
