Responsibilities:
- Designs and implements marketing initiatives in the PPC store network, aiming to boost traffic and sales
- Participates in the planning and execution of promotional, experiential marketing activities and retail campaigns
- Monitors and analyzes sales data, consumer behavior, competition and market trends to understand consumer needs and improve marketing strategies at sales points
- Supervises and adjusts the implementation of the commercial strategy and ensures consistency in communication at sales points
- Coordinates the budget to ensure effective use of available resources, aiming to achieve the best quality-to-cost ratio
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute in Social and Political Sciences or Marketing or Economics or Business Administration
- Master's degree in Economics or Business Administration or Marketing or a related subject will be considered an additional qualification
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a) marketing positions with focus on retail sales, with evidence of successful implementation of campaigns that increased sales, b) creation and management of digital campaigns through online advertising, social media, email marketing and other digital platforms, c) planning and execution of promotional events, such as promotions, contests and exhibitions, that contribute to strengthening the brand image and commercial success, d) monitoring competition and market trends and drafting reports, e) preparing cost-benefit studies for marketing initiatives and f) use of data analysis tools to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and consumer behavior
- Experience in large companies with retail networks will be considered an additional qualification
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
- Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
