Requirements
What you’ll do:
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and develop relevant product category portfolio.
- Possess technical understanding of the customer needs (technical expertise) and be in position to link the customers needs with relevant product – service offerings.
- Provide technical support to the sales team and key customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support product performance, campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaboratewith suppliers, evaluate technical specifications, and participate in negotiations.
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and stock levels.
- Coordinate product training and promotional activities with Marketing.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in market management, category/product management or sales(ideally in B2B or technical sectors).
- Strong technical understanding and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of English and Greek.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
- Team player mindset with a hands-on approach.
