Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily marketing and administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing projects, promotional events, and campaigns (traditional and digital).
• Contribute to content creation for social media, website, and promotional materials.
• Manage & grow social media accounts, monitor performance, and create engaging content.
• Oversee community management and enhance our brand presence online and offline.
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners to align with the company’s marketing goals.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer data to monitor brand positioning and inform strategies.
• Create performance reports for departmental activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Support corporate and promotional event organization.

This role reports to the Senior Brand Manager.

Requirements:

• BSc in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in social media and marketing (medical aesthetics experience a plus).
• Proficiency in marketing principles, research techniques, and MS Office (SoftOne experience a plus).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics (demonstrable experience in social media management a plus).
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Creative mindset with strong copywriting and communication abilities (Greek fluency required).
• Customer-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
