A Leading Pharmaceutical Company, committed to enhancing the well-being of patients and consumers through innovative health solutions, is seeking a Brand Manager to drive the strategic direction and performance of our diverse product portfolio, which includes medicines, over-the-counter (OTC) products, supplements, and personal care items.

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven, and creative Brand Manager who will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to build strong, sustainable brands in the healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that drive market share, increase brand equity, and achieve business goals.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional media, to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
  • Manage the product life cycle, from development to launch and beyond, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain, to drive successful product positioning and performance.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, vendors, and industry stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field (essential)
  • MBA or Postgraduate Studies in Marketing or Brand Management (preferred)
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both written and verbal)
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of innovation and a results-driven approach
  • Proficient in digital marketing and familiar with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams
