Marketing Specialist

Successful candidate’s key responsibilities:

• Drive key business metrics and oversee the execution of targeted communication strategies
• Lead the development, preparation, and finalization of annual brand plans for assigned brands
• Design and implement annual marketing plans, including media (ATL), public relations (PR), below-the-line (BTL) activities, events, digital campaigns, and e-commerce at the brand level, ensuring flawless execution
• Lead the creation of annual product catalogues
• Oversee content management for all product lines
• Monitor market trends and gather insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales department to align in-store plans, including promotions and point-of-purchase (POP) materials
• Organize and coordinate annual trade fairs

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Economics/Marketing or any other related field and MBA / MSc in Marketing or other related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Brand Management/Marketing
• Strong PC knowledge (Advanced MS office), ERP Knowledge
• Fluency in Greek & English
