Our Hotels’ team seeks to fill the position of:
Marketing Coordinator
Will be reporting to the Multi Property Marketing Manager.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of both digital and offline marketing strategies. This role will focus on managing social media platforms, coordinating offline campaigns and events, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing (Digital):
- Develop, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn)
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce engaging visuals and copy
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates to optimize strategy
Offline Marketing:
- Coordinate logistics for promotions and events
- Manage production and distribution of print materials (flyers, brochures, presentations, print advertisements, and other collateral as needed).
- Assist in content creation (photo shootings, video shootings, creative social media assets).
- Coordinate with external partners (e.g. media houses, photographers, graphic designers) and follow up on deliverables.
- Support local marketing initiatives, such us events and partnerships.
Cross-Functional Support:
- Assist in the development of marketing calendars and campaign timelines
- Maintain marketing inventory (printed materials, signage, and other in-house assets)
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes
- University Degree in a Marketing or a related field; a Master’s degree would be considered a bonus
- Certification in Social Media, Google Adwords or other, will also be considered a bonus
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position in the hospitality sector, preferably in an international, luxury environment
- Excellent command of the English language certified at minimum of Proficiency level; more languages will be considered an asset
- Native Greek
- Strong people and project management skills
- Problem-solving skills. A can do attitude is a must.
- Organizing skills and coordination ability
- Interpersonal communication skills, integrity and commitment
- Have access to the Greek Labor Market (either Greek or EU citizenship, or already hold a valid working permit)
