MM Publications SA seeks a creative and passionate Marketing Assistant (on-site) to join our team. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for briefing, coordinating, and providing support across the entire marketing process. The position refers to the Marketing Manager of the company.

Responsibilities
This is an on-site role, at MM Publications corporate offices located in Alimo, Athens. The marketing assistant will be responsible for:
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
- Support the marketing team in organizing various projects
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns for the Greek & International markets and attend them to facilitate their success
- Assist in the creation, scheduling, and management of content for social media (inc. newsletter)
- Assist in managing and updating the company website as required
- Conduct data analysis & reports
Our ideal Marketing Assistant will have:
- BA in Marketing/Communications/Digital Marketing or relevant field
- Ideally, there is at least 1 year of experience as a Marketing Assistant. However, previous experience is not required, and any relevant background will be considered an asset.
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English required
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience using tools to create social media & newsletter content (e.g. Canva, Mailchimp)
