ROLE OBJECTIVES
The Social Media and Content Assistant plays a pivotal role in contributing to the marketing department’s operations, ensuring the smooth execution of strategies, and helping the company achieve its marketing objectives.
FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Social Media Management:
- Assist in executing social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Curate, schedule, and publish engaging content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Research relevant trends and competitors to ensure that our content meets each platform’s criteria and delivers to the target audience.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across social media channels for the main accounts.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights for performance improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns, promotions, and giveaways.
Content Production Assistance:
- Assist with organizing, planning, and coordinating photoshoots, video production, and content creation for our resorts in Cyprus and Greece and travelling to the destinations.
- Assist with the logistics of the shoots, ensuring everything from location setup to post-production runs smoothly.
- Assist in capturing high-quality photos and videos highlighting our properties, amenities, and experiences following the photo language per brand.
Branding & Storytelling:
- Ensure that content aligns with our brand voice, tone, and values across all platforms and for all brands.
- Help curate and maintain a cohesive visual identity for all content shared online.
- Work with the team to create compelling storytelling through images, captions, and video content.
- Assist in the selection of imagery for any sales and marketing activities.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align on brand messaging and content strategy.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on social media KPIs, ensuring content performance is monitored and optimized.
