Career Opportunity
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Athens office, overseeing social media activities and drive marketing initiatives across multiple regions. The Senior Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence and engaging with our audience effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing plan, including marketing procedures, social media and networking activities, in cooperation with the Regional Head of Operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.
- Oversee the execution of marketing activities, ensuring the timely and effective implementation of all components of the marketing plan.
- Ensure the ongoing development of the firm’s online presence, including maintaining and updating corporate websites and managing the firm’s social media profiles to enhance engagement and visibility.
- Ensure the frequent and targeted presence of the firm in hard copy and online press.
- Have responsibility for drafting, editing, and publishing press releases that reflect the company’s objectives, and announcements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing activities with business objectives, ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Ensure timely distribution of informative materials to employees, including templates for service line presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate and organize corporate events, including trade shows, conferences, and other marketing-related activities that promote the company’s products and services.
- Actively engage in planning and executing CSR initiatives for the region, ensuring that the company’s social responsibility goals are met and well-communicated.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in regional marketing and social media management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Canvas, and other relevant marketing software.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Greek and English.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Proactive with ability to take initiative and interact effectively with all levels of management.
