Marketing Manager

INK Design is a Branding & Digital Agency in Athens, looking for an experienced Marketing Strategy Manager to handle and boost our clients' brand and service value. The Marketing Expert will engage and develop consumers' awareness of both Traditional and Digital Environments. The ideal candidate will be creative, self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.

Requirements

• Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role.
• More than 5 years of Marketing experience in Advertising Companies, handling multiple Accounts.
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social Media etc.) and market research methods.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Ads etc.)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools will be considered as a plus.
• Well-organized and detail oriented.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills.
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
• BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
• Liaise with our creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
• Travel frequently to establish and maintain meaningful connections with clients, ensuring effective communication and staying informed.
• Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
• Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
• Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
• Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
• Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
• Actively participate in Social Media Channels.
