As an Administration/Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. JOB DESCRIPTION
•Order entry and quotation preparation
•Telephone communication and customer service as needed
•Office organization and filing
•CRM system management in collaboration with the sales department
•Support and participation in the execution of trade shows the company participates in
•Proof reading of company documents (brochures, technical documents, etc.)
•Consistent management of corporate social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
•Creation and distribution of newsletters
•Participation and coordination of marketing department activities
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
•At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
•Excellent communication skills
•Pleasant personality
•Consistency in meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks
•Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (knowledge of German will be appreciated)
•Good knowledge of MS Office
JOB CHARACTERISTICS
•Monthly Gross Salary range: 1400€ - 1700€ . (based on working experience)
•Private Health Insurance: Provided from the second year of employment.
