Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager and Media Coordinator to join our team at TMA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with different teams to coordinate our media messaging and enhance our brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Define key social media KPIs and measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Manage and oversee the creation and publication of relevant, original, high-quality content on all social media platforms.
• Coordinate with media outlets such as magazines, online portals, and newspapers to ensure consistent and effective media coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with media representatives to enhance media cooperation and partnerships.
• Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Use various social media marketing tools to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to integrate social media with all aspects of the business.
• Engage in social media presence maintenance, including dialogue and answering questions where appropriate.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
