Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new affiliates, optimizing affiliate campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to continuously improve our affiliate program. As an essential part of our marketing team, you will play a key role in driving our business forward and achieving our growth objectives.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates to expand the affiliate network and increase sales.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates to ensure continued success and growth.
- Analyze affiliate performance data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve affiliate marketing efforts.
- Create and manage affiliate marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Monitor and report on affiliate marketing metrics to senior management.
- Provide training and support to affiliates to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.

Requirements  

• 1 – 3 years working with affiliates / sales experience
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communications in English required
