• Support the roll-out of Trade/Shopper Marketing strategies to achieve sales, visibility and market share objectives
• Contribute to channel plan strategies including canvass, assortment, ideal display, promotional activities, loyalty programs and planograms
• Work closely with sales force and communicate strategic levers (category management, assortment, planogram guidelines, and consumer’s promotional plan per Account)
• Monitor the effects of implemented trade activities, so as to evaluate their efficiency, assess cost-benefit trade off
• Timely detect deviations from target objectives, so as to recommend eventual changes to the channel plan
• Collaborate with marketing and sales team for the ideation, planning & budgeting, production, distribution and stock monitoring of point of sales material, permanent and promotional displays
• Design & manage production of displays that meet agreed KPIS for all parties
• Available to travel within Greece & abroad if necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing or sales ideally in a multinational environment or a large-scale Greek company Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Excellent communication/presentation skills
• Capable in building strategic, multilevel and teamwork relationships
• Energetic, organized and results oriented
• Advanced MS Office skills (especially MS Excel & PowerPoint)
• Agility and ability to deal in a continuously changing & dynamic environment
• Fluency in Greek and English both written & verbal
